This vocal is about being expected to act a certain mode and not wanting to. It's about acting like an adult. This person doesn't want to go an "developed" if it means he has to conform to certain standards. He'due south stating that he's at that historic period (23) when you notwithstanding want to be a kid simply need to be an adult to make it in the world. No one likes you act this style because they wait you to "be developed" and non make prank telephone calls or not wanting to have sexual practice or just shirking responsibilities. He doesn't recollect people should be then serious and "grow up" then fast.

Basically, the vocal is about a guy who is at the age of 23. At 23, you are expected to exist an developed in lodge to survive generally and mainly socially. This guy doesn't want to act adult and wants to stay equally a typical 'adolescent' e.g. by making prank telephone calls and he would rather watch TV than get intimate with someone. At the finish of the vocal information technology said 'with many years alee to fall in line why would you achieve down on me I never wanna human activity my historic period' which is basically saying "fuck you all I'll grow up in my own fourth dimension!!". Good vocal.

I call back its about a human who really doesn't desire to grow up, but the globe tells him besides. He'south lost in his childish ways and doesn't want to change, and so he tin't have a girl friend that volition stick with him. He wants to be able to practice those things that adults practise, but without the stress of the responsiblity, much like any child does.

  4. this song was originally to be named "peter pan circuitous." this refers to an adult who is socially young. and just doesnt want to grow up. (nothing wrong with that)***if you lot listen closely in the terminate of the vocal, the background is "please stay wendy." "please stay with me."*** this refers to "the wendy dilemma" the wendy dilema is the idea that wives or girlfriends who end up acting as their husband'south or swain'southward surrogate mother. The dilemma beingness that it allows said hubby or boyfriend to continue interim like a child. Wendy refers to the character who effectivbly becomes mother to Peter Pan and his gang of lost boys, in the peter pan story. and so because the song is about not growing upwardly, and non wanting the "mother" effigy to get out because then they would have to abound up.

  5. no, your all incorrect. if u were real fans y'all would know what this is vocal is nigh. if youve seen any of their interviews you would know that tom said that this song is basicly written about marker hoppus when he does all his childish things and travis and tom are like dude how old are you lot. go it roght b4 yous answer anymore of these things ok? ok! and btws im and xiii year old girl and i can become this right!

  6. I think this song is about realizing that its fourth dimension to abound up just y'all really don't want to so you'll do anything you can not to and you only wanna accept fun but everybody is telling yous and expecting you to act mature.

For the Wendy Articulate guy, in what's my age once again Tom says 'please stay with me', non 'please stay wendy'...

  8. I call up this song is about how to many people accept life to seriously and that you should joke around every now and then not just walk around and say that I'k this old now so I tin't have fun in my life anymore

I think this song is virtually a guy who is 23...DUH and his girlfriend wants him to grow upwardly other wise she will go out him! as the vocal progresses she does DUMP him for his behavior and he still does not wanna human activity his age!

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyhow

  10. well yep, this vocal is clearly about not acting your age, and your girlfriends dumping y'all for it. Its not that hard to go the significant of the song.

  11. About life bieng a party simply doing things you regret or bieng stupid

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyhow

  12. This song is nearly an ex girlfriend of marks, and if you listen to the song you'll hear Tom say ''please stay wendy'' then he says ''don't get abroad'' this is the same daughter from the vocal Wendy Clear.

This interpretation has been marked equally poor. view anyhow

  13. WHAT'S MY Age Again? ...thats it!!!! its merely near trying to be your age and growing upwards...obviously it doesn't happen...no i enjoys what he's doing and all you say to yourself is...whats my age again...i shouldn't exist doing this.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

  14. This is nigh I guy that doesn't deed his age at the wrong times and he can't keep a girl considering the ones he option are more than intrested in other things. This is a grate song, though.

All I know about this other than what's been said is that the prank telephone call affair is to do with Tom. He was the simply i who had proper jobs and often got bored resorting to prank phone calls to the shop across from him, pretending to be a member of security, etc.

This interpretation has been marked equally poor. view anyway

  17. This vocal was written near me. I do have ADHD (it fuckin' rocks) and I'thousand not the one to recall baout what I practice before I do it. Like yesterday I got in-school-suspension for belongings up a spiral and request a girl "wanna screw?"

  18. This interpretation has been marked every bit poor. view anyway
